Healthcare Workshop

Every other Tuesday in our office, Dr. Frieman and Dr. Barbee teach the Healthcare Workshop class. 

The workshop is geared toward getting you better quicker and keeping you better longer. The workshop will let you know how your body got the way it did, and teach you how to change your daily bad habits.  The healthcare workshop is part of your treatment plan in our office. It is best to bring a friend or family member to the workshop so you have someone to discuss the information with afterwards.  The workshop is open to everyone who wants to live a longer, healthier life.
