     Paula Alban is the assistance office manager and Chiropractic Assistant for Frieman Chiropractic. She has lived in Baltimore her entire life and thinks it is the greatest place on earth. She is responsible for the smooth day to day operations of the practice. Her specialty is insurance, she also helps with front desk reception and physical therapy. Paula is dedicated to making your visit pleasurable and memorable. She is always willing to answer any insurance and billing questions you may have. Paula has also been a lifelong chiropractic patient. In her spare time enjoys snowboarding, boating, recycling, and yoga.

     Toni Frieman is the wife of Dr. Robert Frieman and has been the office manager for 20 years. She is the mother of 2 beautiful girls, 11 and 13. Toni handles all aspects of accounts receivable and payable and she oversees all aspects of daily operations. She is available for consultation at 410-960-4010.

     Erin Rose is our warm and kind front desk receptionist; she is responsible for all interactions between the patients. She is the first smile you see when you walk in and the last smile you see when you leave. Erin grew up in Hawaii and moved to Baltimore to further her education. She attended Goucher College in Towson. She misses Hawaii, but enjoys living in Maryland and experiencing the different seasons. Recently, Erin was married in her hometown in Hawaii. In her free time, Erin enjoys playing video games, watching movies, and going for walks with her dogs, Comet and Ajax, and her husband Jerome. Erin was a patient of Dr. Frieman's before she began working in the office.

     Megan Bailey is the physical therapy Chiropractic Assistant for Frieman Chiropractic. If you are a patient who exercises, Megan has surely made sure that your form is prefect. She is the right hand to Dr. Frieman and makes sure that your physical therapy in the office is most pleasant and comfortable. Megan has lived in Maryland her entire life, a graduate of UMBC. It was there where she met her husband, Jim Bailey, who is also a patient in the office and a Park Ranger at Fort McHenry. Megan is a third generation Frieman Chiropractic patient as Dr. Frieman treated her grandmother Anne and continues to treat her mother Ann Marie. Megan enjoys hiking, biking, and anything outdoors or near the water. She also enjoys working on her house and living in Catonsville.
